Responsibilities

The Preserve Communities Master Association Board of Trustees meets annually to review the current year’s financials, examine proposals and select contractors for the coming year, set a budget for the coming year including annual assessments, discuss concerns and speak on behalf of the area they represent, and to work with the property manager to plan for big ticket items that may need attention in the future to ensure that the funds are available to keep the community at its best.

Board Members

The board is comprised of seven trustees, four representing the New Albany Company as developer and three Master Association resident trustees representing The Bungalows at Mayfair, North Village and Homestead at the Preserve Associations, respectively.
